It’s a cool and snowy morning here in Houston and everyone is feeling the effects. Expecting a low of 25 degrees and 90 percent change of rain, traffic is backed up around town, everyone is bundled up, everyone waiting to get home early enough before it gets really slick outside. Oh well, just another day in H-Town.
